Devilled Eggs

This snack is high in protein and taste!
 
Ingredients:

  • 12 Eggs
  • ½ cup of minced white onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • sprinkle of paprika
  • 1 sandwich bag

Directions:

  • Put eggs in a large pot filled with cold water. If the water is not cold the eggs will crack in the heat.
  • Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat, cover the pot and leave the eggs in the hot water for 12 minutes.
  • Once cooked, peel the eggs and slice them in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  • Add onion, mayonnaise and salt to the cooked yolks and blend thoroughly.
  • Put the egg yolk mixture into a sandwich bag and try to move it into a corner of the bag. Cut a medium hole in the corner of the sandwich bag, which will now be used as a piping bag.
  • Carefully pipe the mixture into the halved eggs and garnish with paprika.

Serve on a platter and lets your guests dig in.
