Devilled Eggs
This snack is high in protein and taste!
Ingredients:
- 12 Eggs
- ½ cup of minced white onion
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- sprinkle of paprika
- 1 sandwich bag
Directions:
- Put eggs in a large pot filled with cold water. If the water is not cold the eggs will crack in the heat.
- Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat, cover the pot and leave the eggs in the hot water for 12 minutes.
- Once cooked, peel the eggs and slice them in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add onion, mayonnaise and salt to the cooked yolks and blend thoroughly.
- Put the egg yolk mixture into a sandwich bag and try to move it into a corner of the bag. Cut a medium hole in the corner of the sandwich bag, which will now be used as a piping bag.
- Carefully pipe the mixture into the halved eggs and garnish with paprika.
Serve on a platter and lets your guests dig in.
